It is a serious violation of these terms for any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit funds, or place bets. 345wi may at any time request documentary proof of age and will suspend or terminate accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 345wi. Multiple accounts held by the same person, household, IP address, or device may be closed and all associated balances forfeited, including any pending withdrawals.

Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and entitles 345wi to close your account, forfeit any remaining balance, and void any pending or settled bets placed during the period of misrepresentation.
You are solely responsible for the security of your 345wi account credentials, including your registered email address and password. 345wi strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) immediately after registration.
You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted on your account – whether authorised by you or not – is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must change your password immediately and notify 345wi support via live chat.
345wi will never ask you to disclose your password by email, chat, phone, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purportedly from 345wi is fraudulent and should be reported to the support team immediately.
All account deposits on 345wi are processed in PKR. The following payment methods are accepted: JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah), Visa/Mastercard debit card, USDT TRC20, and Skrill. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. You must only use payment methods registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. 345wi aims to process withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa and within one business day for bank transfers, subject to KYC completion. 345wi reserves the right to request documentary evidence of source of funds for withdrawal requests exceeding certain PKR thresholds.
345wi accounts are denominated in PKR. If a deposit is made in a currency other than PKR (e.g., USDT), the funds are converted at the exchange rate applied by 345wi at the time of the transaction. 345wi conversion rates are set internally and may differ from market rates.
All bets and wagers placed on 345wi are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product (sportsbook, live casino, slots, fishing games). These product rules are published on the respective sections of the 345wi platform.
345wi reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in instances of suspected advantage play, abuse of pricing, or violation of these terms.

All content on the 345wi platform, including but not limited to the 345wi brand name and logo, game titles, interface design, graphics, text, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of 345wi or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of 345wi content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

On lawful termination, any genuine funds remaining in your account (net of bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after the completion of any pending KYC requirements, subject to applicable deductions for administrative costs where permitted by law.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 345wi platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 345wi is registered and licensed to operate. Users access the platform from their own location at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with any locally applicable laws.
345wi reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the 345wi platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
